Your Personal Beauty Concierge in Japan

Valentine Beauty Japan is not a salon or clinic.

We are a beauty concierge service that helps international guests find trusted beauty salons, clinics, and beauty experiences in Japan.

Based on your request, travel plans, location, and preferences, our concierge team will recommend suitable partner salons and guide you through the reservation process.

You do not need to know exactly which salon to choose. Just tell us what you are looking for, and we will help you find the best option.

How It Works

You choose your preferred option.

We guide you through payment and reservation confirmation.

① Payment Link & Temporary Reservation Hold

Once your consultation is completed, we will send you a secure payment link.

Your preferred appointment will be temporarily held for 24 hours after the payment link is sent.

To confirm your reservation, please complete the payment within 24 hours.

② Reservation Confirmation Policy

All reservations must be fully paid by 8:00 PM (Japan Time) on the day before your appointment.

Reservations that remain unpaid after the deadline will be automatically cancelled.

Service Fees

Beauty Concierge Fee

¥5,500

This applies when we can recommend a suitable salon or treatment through our standard concierge service.

¥5,500 for up to two people.
From the third guest onward: +¥5,500 per person.

Before You Submit

Valentine Beauty Japan is a beauty concierge service, not a salon or clinic.

We do not provide beauty treatments directly.

We introduce and coordinate with trusted partner salons and clinics based on each guest’s request.

All reservations and guest communication are handled through Valentine Beauty Japan according to our service policy.

I understand that Valentine Beauty Japan is a beauty concierge service and not a salon or clinic. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. I have read and agree to the Terms of Service. I have read and agree to the Cancellation Policy. I understand that either a Concierge Service Fee ¥5,500 or a Special Arrangement Fee ¥11,000 may apply depending on my request. I understand that my reservation will only be confirmed after payment is completed, and that full payment is due within 24 hours, and no later than 8:00 pm on the day before scheduled appointment.

I further understand that if payment is not received above deadline, my reservation will be automatically cancelled.
